Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll resolve it at no extra cost. Once inspected, we'll confirm approval and refund your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and custom or personalised items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
