Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact us. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for items returned in their original condition within the return window. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
